After a crash of Trados, I wanted to reinstall the Deepl application. unfortunately, after downloading it from the SDL Store, the plug in can't be opened at all (no exe.). and I can't install it at all. Can anyone help me?

The installer is an sdlplugin file, not an exe. You need to download to your desktop and just double click it which should start the plugin installer wizard.

If the plugin installer does not start try simply copying the sdlplugin file into this location:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\
I have assumed Studo 2019 because you didn't tell us otherwise.

It is Studio 2019. What can be the reason for the plugin installer not working? I have repaired the installation of Studio on Anjas PC, but am not able to get the plugin installer working...

Hello Jerzy... the most likely cause is permissions.

I have tried to right click the plugin and select "Open with", then selected the plugin installer, but nothing happened. I will remember the copy & paste method for the future.

You could also try the registry... this problem may be coming from leftover registry keys created from previous installations. Please use the Registry Editor and go to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SDL\
The Studio 15 folder corresponds to Studio 2019, Studio 5 to Studio 2017, Studio4 to Studio 2015 and anything below that relates to older installations of SDL Trados Studio. If you no longer have those versions installed then please delete the leftover registry entries (Studio2, Studio3, etc)

Thank you, WOW... Something I did not think of. I knew some other registry paths, which I deleted... HKCU/Software/SDL and entries corresponding to Studio. But I did not touch wow...

Wow this sounds really complicate .... Dear Mr. Czopik can you help me again or do you think i could do this on my own? i don't have the courage to go into the system settings....
I'd just copy the plugin into the plugins folder for now. At least you'll get up and running faster.

This is what I've done just now. The plugin appears after that in the project settings, but as soon we try to access it to put the credentials Studio crashes completely. I am at a loss and can't help anymore. Do you think, it would be possible to get a support session tomorrow on this problem?
