I have Windows 10 Professional and Trados Studio 2019. I can download the apps but when I click on use the app installer, nothing happens. What should I do?
I have Windows 10 Professional and Trados Studio 2019. I can download the apps but when I click on use the app installer, nothing happens. What should I do?
This is normally down to not having sufficient rights to install on your machine. But a simple workaround is to manually copy the sdlplugin to the plugins folder and then restart Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages\
