My name is Anderson, and this is the first time I write to SDL community for help.

I'm trying to extract terminology from a project in Trados using the Project Term Extract. However, even though I've imported a txt file with a stopword list containing grammatical words and a few regular expression rules, I keep getting results such  "the", "and" as well as "32.1". Those results not only show up in the word cloud as they are present in the xml file inside my project folder. I've checked the txt file to made sure the words were not absent and retested the regular expressions, but the words were in the file and the regular expressions seemed to work.  I double-checked to make sure that case insensitive and regular expression options were activated. As I assumed the xml file wasn't being updated after being generated, I deleted the xml file and ran the operation again making sure that case sensitive and regular expressions options were on—but I got the same results. I'm using an txt UTF-8 encoded file. I can't quite figure out what it is going on here. If somebody knows how to use a stopword list effectively in Project Term Extract, I'd very much appreciate your help and suggestions.
