SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack -- some legacy functions missing

Firstly, I’d like to say that I appreciate the developers’ effort to provide users with a choice of restoring the pruned legacy functions (although the reasoning behind the pruning decision is still unclear to me).

However, after installing the plugin I’ve noticed that it does not restore all of the pruned legacy functions.

In previous Studio versions, opening the Open File-based Translation Memory window (Project Settings > Language Pairs > All Language Pairs > Translation Memory and Automated Translation > Use > File-based Translation Memory) allowed the user to open 4 additional file formats in addition to SDLTM: TMX, TMW, MDB and TXT, as shown below:

Opening a TMX automatically activated the Upgrade Translation Memory wizard, allowing the user to convert the TMX to an SDLTM on-the-fly without having to manually create an empty SDLTM beforehand. I found this function to be very convenient and frequently used it in my work. However, even with the installed plugin, Studio 2021 does not allow you to open these additional file formats anymore, offering SDLTM as the only allowed input format.

Could SDL please consider adding these functions back into the next version of the plugin?
