I have downloaded the file and installed it, but my App Store window in Trados Studio 20201 is still empty. I have received a wsxz package but could not open it in Trados 2021. Fortunately, I kept Trados 2019 running and was able to open it there, but i don't understand why the installation of the WorldServer pack has not worked. Any suggestions would be welcome!

Hi Paul, Thanks for the tip- I have now installed both packs but Trados 2021 is still showing 0 plugins on the App Store window.
Do you think it is now worth going into Control panel and repairing Trados Studio 20201?

Just in case the "0" you're referring to is this one:
Which actually refers to the updates available and not the number of plugins installed.
Also this particular plugin isn't really a plugin so it won't show in your installed plugin list anyway.
Please see whether the Open Package allows you to select a Worldserver package now?

Yes I was referring to that zero, but no, the wsxz is not listed in the drop-down menu of supported packages.
Stupid question I know... but you did run the installer after unzipping it from the download? And you did restart Studio?

Yes, and the are listed in the installed program list in Control Panel

Hi Paul, Success at last!- instead of starting from "Open a package " in Trados Studio , I went to the location of the package and then used the right-click "Open with..." command using the Trados Studio icon , which is the 2021 version.

Hi Paul, Yes the open and send world Server buttons are in the ribbon and I was able to reopen an old package with this command.
