Hi everybody,
This problem was already reported 8 months ago (I found no answer though) and it’s about Deepl not working with Trados. Everything was going fine, when Deepl suddenly stopped working and the following error message appeared “: "An error has occurred while using the translation provider DeepL Translator: one or more errors occurred." I have this problem in all files/projects. Translation Memory works but segments are not populated. Can somebody help me pls? Thank you in advance!

I would first suggest removing the plugin, then ensuring Studio (and MultiTerm) are both updated before reinstalling from the SDL AppStore

If the issue continues, please ensure that Studio (and MultiTerm) are added to your AntiVirus 'exceptions list'
Please also ensure the following domains are added to the firewalls 'exceptions list'

Thanks! I just followed the procedure you suggested and it worked! I uninstalled Deepl, updated Studio and Multiterm and reinstalled Deepl. I tried translating a file Deepl was working again. You really helped me a lot.
