はじめまして、こんにちは、

先日から、全ての翻訳途中のファイルにアクセスできなくなり、タイトルのようなメッセージが出ます。

リペア、アンインストール後に再ダウンロードなどをやってみましたが、解決しません。

新しく翻訳用に設定することもできず、SDLのサイトにアクセスできないようになってしまっているのかもしれません。

突然、全くSDLが使えなくなってしまい、非常に困っています。

どなたか解決方法ご存知でしたら、ご教示頂けると助かります。

If you would let me know how to resolve this problem of my SDL Trados studio SR2, it would be highly appreciated.

Since last week, suddenly I can't access to my SDL old files neither to set a new document to translate. (French to Japanese)

I got the message "Unexpected exception when initializing view part フラグメント一致" .

I've not changed "setting", I've already tried the procedure to " repair " SDL files from windows " control panel" , "programs", "programs and features" and "repair".

I've also tried "reinstall" after" uninstall" SDL files, but it doesn't work and my files still remain blocked.

Hoping someone could help me to get out this situation !
