I'm already logged in at the sdl.com website (I can see my name at the top of the page), but when I try to download an app (Glossary Converter), I'm asked to log in so I can download the app. I've accepted all cookies and all javascripts on this site. How can I solve this?
If you are using Chrome, try a different browser such as Edge or Firefox.

A different browser is a good idea, but alternatively, if you have Trados Studio 2021 you can use the appstore integration and this may avoid browser problems altogether:
