Cleanup Tasks not working for me

I get the error "An item with the same key has already been added". The error message is here:

    It's better of you can attach the xml file rather than copy paste the error text.  Ensures it 100% avoids the spam filter and it's easier for us to read.

    On the error... please look in the plugin folders and delete all plugins that look as though they are related to this plugin, so this means in the Packages and the Unpacked folder.  Then reinstall.  See if that helps.  The message is almost certainly due to some duplication somehow.

    Hi Paul

    Done already twice. Deleted Cleanup unpacked and packed. Also deleted plugincache.xml, but unfortunately to no avail.

    Will test later. Before the plugin caused Studio to crash, I could use it, but it did not work now. It worked once few months ago, but then stopped to work with the same conversion file. So something seems to be wrong here.
