Trados 2021: Unable to install plugins

Question

Hello SDL community, 
 
 I have, just this morning, about two hours ago, activated my Trados 2021 license. I have purchased a Trados 2021 student licnese with full Freelance 2021 capabilities. However, I am unable to install any plugin. I am trying, specifically, to download the Antidote Verifier plugin [Studio 2021 (2.3.0.0. (2021) Antidote 10)]. I have Antidote 10 installed as well. 
 In the appstore, I get the following error message: 
 
 I am logged in to SDL Language Cloud and my product is properly activated. I am properly signed in to my SDL account.

I have also tried going through the web version with Firefox, Goole Chrome as well as Edge and always receive the same error message: 
 
 Download App 
 Download not avaliable

You have logged in successfully, however this app is not available for you to download because you don&rsquo;t have a license for one of the supported products (SDL Trados Studio 2015 - SDL Trados Studio 2017 - SDL Trados Studio 2019 - SDL Trados Studio 2021) in your account. Please contact the administrator of your company licenses and they will be able to download the app for you. Alternatively contact SDL through your support account, or via the appstore forum in the SDL Community. For more information, please see the [language] Terms and Conditions 
 
 When attempting this, I was properly logged in to my SDL account in my web browser as well. 
 
 I have searched the forum and have seen that this issue has been previously resolved:

 However, I have not found any clues as to how to resolve this issue myself. I have also tried contacting the sales reprensentative who suggested a few things I had already tried and have detailed in this post as well. 
 
 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Renaud Dumouchel , 
 I have now tested this, using the same license type that you have (which doesn't have any restrictions on downloading apps) and are unable to replicate the problem. 
 The original error message can often indicate that you are logged into a different account and not necessarily the one where you hold the license. 
 Could you please confirm (via email- swhale@sdl.com ) the account ID/email address you are using when logging in please.
