Why does being a freelance translator ensure you have admin privileges?  Whether or not you have these permissions depends of the type of account you set up and may freelance translators don't work as admin because it's more secure to work day to day using a standard windows account and only log in as admin when they need to install something.

I tried the suggested method to solve the problem, but for some reason, it did not work.

Customer service at Antidote told me to ask SDL Trados Studio for help with this issue.

Any other suggestions to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated!
