IATE Real-Time terminology plugin

Question

Hi everyone, 
 
 I've just installed the plugin IATE real-time terminology for SDLTrados 2019 but termbase viewer and term recognition windows are not displaying anything at all. 
 
 I've already tried all possible settings (all domains, a few sub-domains only) but nothing changed. However, the search results viewer (web search) is working perfectly. 
 
 Any idea ?
