Hi,
SDL Freshstart for 2021 version doesn't work at all since last year.
I have asked Japan SDL support but they always answered that was no business with their job.
Then why the application has still been on APP store??
I think the Freshstart has been broken in the program.
Please tell the profession part for fixing the program and let us know it will be done .
Here are what I have tried for Freshstart;
Reboot my PC.
Open as admin.
Open control panel and uninstalling and re-installing.

It would be good if you could first tell us exactly what the problem is that you have with Studio- including any error messages and screenshots that you have.
When you downloaded FreshStart -
Did you select the version of Studio you wish to 'repair'

Freshstart can not open , so there is no error screenshots.
When you downloaded FreshStart -
Did you select the version of Studio you wish to 'repair' -> select the version of Studio ->Yes I have selected the version for 2021 studio.

The version Freshstart for 2021 is 1.03.2.
And there is no log in my PC.
I have attached 1 file .
I have the same issue.
It doesn't do anything. I tried to run as administrator but it did nothing.
I checked to see there is the folder as above but my "SDL Community" folder is exactly the same as the above post. There is no "Freshstart" folder.
My Studio is 2021 and Freshstart version is 1.03.2.
