Hi,
I downloaded the DeepL translation provider, set it up using my API key for DeepL Pro but no results are shown.
Messages window indicates the following error:
Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (Bad Request)
Any ideas how to solve this?

Please double check you have the latest version of the plugin, and also that you really are using the correct API key. I am not aware of any problems with this app, mine is also working fine, and we do have many users working with it so I'd expect a lot of noise if there was a real problem.

Thank you, Paul. I removed the translation provider from Studio and installed the current version from SDL App Store again. Same error.
I also got in touch with DeepL support. Their reply:
Dear Karel,
thank you very much for your request, we are happy we can serve you. We have checked your subscription and your API key and both are active and could be used without any issue.
DeepL is only offering the access to our API, but the plugin itself is provided and programmed by SDL. The JSON error also indicates an error within the program.
Please download again the newest plugin https://appstore.sdl.com/de/language/app/deepl-translation-provider/847/
If this would still not work we would kindly recommend you to contact the SDL Support.
No clue how to solve this.

Can you please tell us for which language pair are you trying to use the plugin? Yesterday we tested on our side and we could not reproduce the problem.

Thanks for the reply. It's German to Czech. I tried it with different projects as well as removing and installing the current version again, without success. Also, I'm using the latest version of Studio.

Can you please tell me which formality did you selected from the dropdown in the plugin settings? Can you please try with the default one selected to see if the translation is working like that?
