I've seen the same question a few times but none of the solutions brought forth have worked for me. This is a fresh install to Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.8.3007 and MultiTerm 2019 15.0.6.56482 to a new Windows 10 PC (I was previously using SR1 on a Windows 10 PC). Two vital termbases are no longer accessible. One offered solution was to change the name of the termbases, another was to open them in Microsoft Access and let it automatically fix the issue (I used the "Compact and Repair" function). Those did not work. Anything else?
Error message when trying to add termbase to a project: "General error occurred MultiTerm is unable to retrieve the multimedia object"
Error message when trying to open termbase directly: "This termbase cannot be opened because it has been created with an unsupported version of MultiTerm."
