Multiple issues with the Target Word Count app

Dear SDL Community,

This app (version 2.6.2.2) could be very useful, but it would seem it needs some more work:

If you run the batch task on more than one SDLXLIFF file at once, it throws an error:

The rates are automatically rounded to two decimal spaces, so 0,005 automatically becomes 0,01.
