pub2xml problem on import process

Hello,

I am having problems importing xml translations into a pub file. The process seems to finish fine but when it reaches 100% it complains that the target pub file is read-only. I have checked the file properties and the read-only check is not checked.

Do you know what could be happening?

 The error seems to indicate an error with the file name. 
 Have you tried to resave the file using a different name?
