I cannot launch SDL Freshstart after installation. The previous version available in the AppStore does not support 2021. However, it starts up.
Could you please look into/fix that? Thanks for your help!

Can you make sure that you don't have any previous versions installed.
I have just ran the latest version against CU5
and i'm not having any issues

Thanks for the update- I have checked this again and found a different issue which is now logged as sdlcom2861
With regard to the app not starting- you do need to have admin rights on your machine.
Can you confirm whether you do have local admin rights or not?

Please go to control panel and remove ALL versions of Trados Analyse.
Restart your machine and then reinstall the relevant version and they right click and run as administrator.
Also for the record- do you have problems with both the standalone version and from within Studio?
Which version of Studio are you running?

Are you sure you mean Trados Analyse and not Freshstart?
I have started the app with right click as administrator and nothing happens.
Restart and re-install did not help either :/
I am running the latest Studio version (CU8). But it didn't work before either.

Just downloaded the latest version for Studio 2021/2022 and it seems that this problem still exists.
When you launch the program, nothing happens, not even when launched as Admin.
And there are no previous versions installed on this PC. I tried on two different machines with the same result.
Looks like this app needs an update
