Someone at RWS is dealing with it because this is the way to request help for apps. developed by us.  If you read the app description you'll see that in the "Support" section.

We are aware of this.  The plugin actually stopped working some time ago because IATE blocked it.  See this post:

Since then we created a solution we had been testing with the IATE team and they have also made some changes to their API that they published last week.  We are currently working on implementing the changes to best deal with this and we will release an update in due course.  The new update should be a lot more responsive and I hope worth waiting for.
