Hi,
I am having trouble with opening a WSXZ package from Studio 2021.
I followed the instructions from the following document:

The application was successfully installed (so I think as I see the application in my Control Panel), however, the Worldserver buttons do not show up.
I got some help though the chat, and downloaded this one (https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/worldserver-compatibility-pack-for-sdl-trados-studio/1102/) after uninstalling the one I had, and restarted the Studio, but still no luck.
I purchased Studio 2021 today and the license is activated but I have not used Studio 2021 for an active translation project yet (I have been using 2011 for a really long time), so there might be a problem with the Studio itself.
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot?
