Lately, we have come across the issue below with Subtitling Studio:
When working on vvt files within Studio 2019, we sometimes need to add comments to certain segments.
When generating the target vvt file, the segments that contained comments are not included in the clean vvt file.
If the comment is deleted in Studio, then the segment does display in the target vtt file.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

Presumably you mean VTT files... webVTT (web Video Text Tracks file)?

Are you using the out of the box subtitle filetype:
Or the app from the appstore? I have not reproduced yet but would like to know what we should be testing?
