When I try to download an app from the AppStore web, the page asks me to login in order to download the app even though I am logged in. Why does it happen? What should I do?

I can confirm it's been 3 months since the OP and the App store still doesn't work in Chrome :(
Hi Claudia, I only use chrome (in fact I’d hazard a guess this applies to the majority of our teams) and it works fine. The problem must be related to something else and not chrome.
Can you elaborate on this and explain what happens? Can you try logging on with incognito mode?
