I updated Studio 2021
I installed the DeepL plugin. After entering my API key (DeepL support already checked that I have a valid API key) I always get this error message "Impossible to open the DeepL translation provider. This provider has therefore been deactivated." What can I do to solve the problem? Thanks in advance

Hello Lucia Herbst ,
As you have updated Trados Studio, please remove the Deepl plugin from the project and then delete the Plugin.
Restart your PC and reinstall via the Trados Studio integration and add it back to your project.
If the issue persists, please post the relevant screenshots of your project settings, so we can see what might be the cause.
