Hi,
I have upgraded Trados Studio 2017 to 2019 and tried to install the plug-in DeepL Translation Provider with admin rights.
Unfortunately 2019 is not selectable in the tool and 2017 is greyed out:
The order number for this license is 496298.

Close Studio. Then copy the plugin file downloaded (if you are sure it is for 2019) into this folder: C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages
After starting Studio the plugin will be available.
