I’m not sure I fully understand your problem. It sounds as though it’s either because you are attempting to install an older plugin into 2021 and therefore the 2021 version is greyed OR the plugin installer is not recognising your version of 2021 is available?

I suggest you don’t use the plugin installer at all. 2021 has an integrated AppStore which means you can be more certain of getting the correct version of the plugin as Studio will only take the ones available for 2021.

Look on the welcome view and you’ll see it. If you can’t find it let me know and I’ll get you a screenshot when I’m back at my desk.

Hello Paul, I have already uninstalled sdl community plugin installer, but there still exist plugins that I cannot install because Trados 2021 does not appear on the list on the plugin installation.

Let me know please.

Two things here:

1. you don't need to use the plugin installer at all.  Just install through Studio itself:
   
   
   
2. But if you insist on doing this manually then perhaps try running a repair on Trados Studio and then please provide a screenshot of what you see when you double click on the sdlplugin you are attempting to install?
