You have logged in successfully, however this app is not available for you to download because you don’t have a license for one of the supported products (SDL Passolo 2015 - SDL Passolo 2016 - Passolo 2018) in your account. What cam I do?

In order to be able to download the relevant plugins from the RWS AppStore, you need to have a valid license in your account.
I have been unable to find an account or licenses under your name.
If you have a an account, you will need to log in using the correct account details.
