Hi there,
I'm trying to export comments from a translated file using the Comments View Plugin.
However, when I try to open the Excel file, I get the following error messages:
I have tried this on several translated file types, and tried changing the file extension, etc. to no avail. No response from the developer either.

Hello laura paxton ,
I have not been able to reliably confirm which version of Trados Studio you are running, but I have run a test on Trados Studio 2021 and are not able to replicate the issues you are having.
I would perhaps suggest removing the plugin and try reinstalling.
If you still have issues, please let us know and we can try contacting the developer on your behalf.

I tried removing and reinstalling, but no joy.

I replied to your email and included the exported file I created with this app from you sdlxliff. I don't have a problem as you'll see.
I wonder if this is related to the version of Excel you have installed, or maybe the version of the plugin. Can you make sure you downloaded the most recent version before installing?
