Issue 1:  Highlight makes the whole segment change.

Expected result:

I would have expected something like this: Only the highlight is marked as tracked change

Issue 2: Text gets moved around. This is actually quite dangerous. 

Before the highight: there is already a revision mark (which we want to highlight):

After the highlight:
Note that the word "Konferenz" has been moved to the beginning of the sentence. This is quite dangerous.

This is correct behavior in the review mode. So when you're trying to edit a segment, even if you add a space bar to the segment, this will be marked as changed segment status.

I managed to reproduce this and reported internally (SDLCOM-3109)
