Web Lookup - Studio 2019: after installation of the new version none of them is working any more, help needed!

I installed the new one because I hoped then I can use DeepLPro again, which is not possible any more, how can I get Web Lookup running again in Studio 2019, can someone please tell me how to proceed, there is no information to find in the help of Studio 2019, and I need Web Lookup very urgently.

  • Please stop creating new threads for the same question.  Just reply to the one thread or we won't know how to follow the conversation.  I have already explained how to get help and I tagged the developer twice now in the original thread you created.

You can see from the appstore that the developer uses these forums to gather feedback and provide support.  There is no guarantee of support, but I'm sure he will will respond in his own time to suit his availability.

  • Don't you get it that I will not receive reply by the developer when I am not in the very section? I made it totally different what I am asking here, the information in here is not even included in my other question! Better close the other one, because the problem is different now, after I installed the new version, now nothing of Web Lookup runs any more. I am in big problem because of this.

  • I have just reviewed that thread and I don't see what is different to it?  Your title there was this:

"Web Lookup - Studio 2019: DeepLPro integration in Weblookup is not working any more, no login any more possible"

Followed by a description explaining about lack of compatibility with IE 11.  Your original thread is essentially the same thing.  So I only asked you to add anything you thought was missing to the same thread as you have now started three threads about the same topic.  Also I have already tagged Mikael in the original thread.

You're making this far harder than it should be!
