Some of our external translation service providers have encountered an error when trying to use the DSI Viewer.
Up until now, this has only been reported for Asian languages (Chinese and Korean) and within Trados Studio 2019. I am still waiting for the exact Studio version.
Does anyone know, what may be the cause and how to solve it?
