Please can you completely remove your DeepL plugin from these locations:

c:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\DeepL Translation Provider.sdlplugin

c:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Unpacked\DeepL Translation Provider\

Then manually download the plugin for your version of Studio from the appstore:

https://appstore.rws.com/language/app/deepl-translation-provider/847/

Unfortunately the integrated appstore won't work for any apps that have been published for 2022 already and you will see the message you reported.  We're working on a fix for this that we hope to have completed early next week all being well.  In the meantime you need to manually download and install.
