I've got a problem. First I used a file from Alignment by trados 2021, the editor seemed normal, but when I exported the file into MS Word, they had a large amount of tags like this...
And if I edit it with Qualitivity, then are the tags also counted as characters? Because I just edit several places, but the PEMp is much smaller.
So in short, how can I clear all these unnecessary tags without disrupting the text?

I wonder if your original was translated previously with an old RTF based solution like Trados 2007 or earlier? Try the TM Optimizer clean up your TM perhaps?

Alternatively, try using a tool like SDLTMConvert to clean it up and remove the tags:
