I moved this question from the Contenta Publishing Suite forum... but I would be interested to know why you chose that forum to post?
On your problem... this is related to a server outage we had at the weekend which is still not fully resolved. I asked for an updated this morning and will hopefully have a better idea of what the situation is later this morning.

No need to apologise... I was wondering if we did something that made you choose that particular product, which is part of our web content technology and not language technology?
Perhaps it'll help if you always start at the menu and use the "Product Groups". This has all been organised sensibly now and I think it makes it easier to post in the right group/forum for the product you are using. So for you, the "Trados Portfolio" of products is most likely the place to start:
