Can you help me solve the issue I have described in the forum. Before, the upgrading was seamless and this plugin always worked. Now, with this new version of Trados Studio I cannot get it to work.

Please close Studio, then delete these folders and then install all your plugins again, only via the integrated appstore:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins

I'm so grateful you reacted to my issue. Deleting all the plugin files from the first location in your list solved the problem. Before I only deleted the Web Lookup file which seemed logical to me. Thanks again and have a nice weekend.
