I cannot seem to find the Compatibility and Migration Power Pack in the Private AppStore (Trados 2022), which apparently I need to be able to convert legacy TMs to SDLTMs. I've set upp the Private AppStore, but this particular app doesn't appear on the list. Any suggestions?

I'd recommend you don't remove it. Part of the benefit of the community is that when users search for things they are shown possible answers.
