Some of our translators using the latest version of the Subtitle Plug (2.2.5.0) have Trados close down after adding video of and clicking the checkbox for Waveform.

This issue has two solves that are far from ideal.

The first is to uncheck the Waveform option and not use that as part of the translation process.

The other sort of worked out with SDL support.   Many of the driver and software options did not work.   Only one that did work was to use the "Disable Hardware Acceleration".

The translators are using 2021 SR2 16.2.12.9338

This is only an issue for 4 of the 20 translators using the same plugin and Trados version.

Trying to find another solve for this that either does not disable to Waveform option nor turn off options within the computer OS.
