Glossary Converter keeps generating errors

Hi all, 

Today Glossary Converter has given me a hard time! I could not at all create a termbase, and I even made a smaller size excel files to see if this is what is preventing it from working, bu the same thing. I ccould not also do that from a tab delimited text!
