Looks like only 2022.  I doubt we'll retrospectively make any changes to 2021 and to be honest I don't recognise anything specific to this thread when I review the list a bit more.  But we were not as diligent as we should have been in recording all the changes (things we are going to change) so I still think it's worth testing if you can.  Maybe Sébastien Desautel can confirm in the meantime?

I've tested the new 2024 plugin for the Transit package handler (TPH) and came across a few things that might be worth noting:
a) By design, TPH does not import TermStar dictionaries included in the PPF, which would require translators to manually convert and add a SDLTB after the import
b) TPH does not consistently detect Translation Memories included in the PPF. I didn't find any information whatsoever in the App Store documentation on how TMs (aka "reference material" according to Transit terminology standards) need to be structured in the Transit project to make TPH detect the files. Are subfoldfers allowed? Does it only detect reference material with a certain nomenclature?
c) TPH regularly crashes when bigger PPF packages are imported, especially bigger ones. How can I provide you with the StarTransitLog.txt? I can't upload local files here.

In September /  October this year we released a couple of fixes for Transit based on what was reported / reproducible.
What you listed does not overlap so we should tackle it 1:1

a - converting of dictionaries between the providers. Could you please add that to the ideas area RWS AppStore Ideas

b - With regards to subfolders. SDLCOM-4938 which Paul mentioned was aimed at preserving folder structures
While we had an expert user test and confirm perhaps we can align with you also to see we have covered all the key requirements as I note you are mentioning TM's specifically and not just files within sub folders.

c - lsimplicio@sdl.com and once you email me we can align on concern b
