I have download Glossary Converter, and it seems to work until I want to open but there is not shortcut on my desktop and when I try to find the App on the computer there is no result.
I thing is something wrong with the App. What Can I do?

normally, there should be a shortcut on your desktop.
On my pc it is installed in "C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL OpenExchange\Glossary Converter".
Do you see this folder on your pc, too? Are there files and subfolders in it?
If not, I'd uninstall and reinstall the Glossary Converter again.
I've currently tested with the download from here: https://cerebus.de/glossaryconverter/downloads/GlossaryConverter.zip

What I do is type "Glossary Converter" in the Windows search bar.
