I CAN NOT ACTIVATE THE DEEPL TRANSLATION PROVIDER NOW I'LL EXPLAIN: AS YOU SEE IN THE SCREENSHOTS EVERYTHING SEMMS TO BE FINE BUT WHEN I GO TO WORK THE DEEPL TRANSLATION DOESN'T APPEAR IN THE DISPLAY. CAUSES:

This is irrelevant. There is no link between Trados and DeepL at all. You get your API key and if it's valid that's all we care about.

You have not demonstrated this. Your screenshot shows a result that comes from an MT engine, but we don't now which one?
It's a but hard to tell as you screenshots are not really clear since you have not explained what you are attempting to prove by showing them. This screenshot may not be helpful but as I'm uncler I'll post it anyway:

IN THE FIRST LINE, WHICH APPEARED WHEN I ENTERED THE PLUG-IN:DEEPL TRANSLATION PROVIDER,THERE IS NOT TRANSLATION
WELL, LOOK CLOSELY AT THE DISPLAY:
ok... there is nothing in the display to show me where the only NMT result you have is coming from. You show one NMT result in your TM Results window, but it's not selected so I don't know where it comes from. I can't look any closer unless I can actually move your mouse!
You also have not commented on your settings at all so we don't know how you have configured Studio to use the results it's getting.
