What version of Trados Studio 2022 are you using? Current version, that ModernMT also supports, is:

I am using version of Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.0.11594.
I've never had a problem before. I just reset my computer and reinstalled Trados and now I can't use ModernMT.

So you are out of date and should upgrade which might resolve the problem. But I can also see there were some emails on Friday from the ModernMT team but I'm not sure what progress has been made on ensuring their latest updates are published.
