we've been asked to confirm Trados Studio plugins compatibility with other RWS Products.

The customer is using the following plugins to connect to RWS TMS:

TMS Translation Memory Plug-in for Trados Studio - https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/138

TMS Plugin for Passolo - https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/205

The customer was facing critical issues because after a RWS TMS upgrade the Studio plugin was no longer compatible with their RWS TMS version and had a significant impact on their work. Now they are planning to upgrade their Trados Studio version to 2022 and are worried that the compatibility issues will occur again.

The AppStore only mentions with which Trados Studio versions the plugins are compatible, but it does not say anything about compatible RWS TMS version.

Would it be possible to share this information with us so that we can forward it to the customer? Perhaps it would make sense to mention on the plugin's AppStore page with which RWS TMS versions are the plugins compatible?

We've been also queried on the Kalcium plugin's (https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/186) compatibility with Kalcium, but I assume it would require contacting Kaleidoscope to verify this. However I think it would still make sense to include information about Kalcium versions compatible with this plugin on its AppStore page.
