I moved your post to a more appropriate forum... you posted into the "Community feedback" forum. Out of interest what made you do that? I'd like to make this more foolproof and stop users posting where their questions may not get seen by anyone who can answer them.
On your issue... I don't know what the "Dip Trados PLugin 2.1.0" is... although my curiosity is killing me ;-) But it is most likely due to the breaking changes in the SR1 release for Trados Studio that affects the API.
If you review the release notes with SR1 you will see there were some fairly major breaking changes that affect the use of the APIs. Not all developers have updated their plugins yet. So if they stop Studio working the best approach is to delete everything you have in these folders:
%APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins
Then restart Studio and reinstall them via the integrated AppStore in Trados Studio or after getting the developer to create a new compatible version. This way you will only install the ones that will actually work with SR1. If your apps are not in the list for the appstore in Studio and you know they are normally in the appstore then contact the developer via the support link at https://appstore.rws.com/ for the app in question (every developer has some form of contact details) and ask them to update their apps for SR1.

I am the developer of this plugin, and I have made adjustments to the plugin for Trados Studio 2022 SR1-17.1.6.16252. The plugin can now be used normally in a single language alignment. My problem is that the plugin cannot be used properly in all language alignments. I am not sure why this is happening, nor do I know how to adjust the code

Is it just because you are trying to have it in a specific language par AND All Language Pairs? It's one or the other. If you want to use it in All Language Pairs then remove it from the specific language pair.
