Trying to connect an MT plugin on some translators systems. Some work with no issue and some I am getting the error message about Sufficient permission could not be obtained and that the provider had been disabled.

It was off a little bit on where I could find the LanguageCloud.bin item. Had to do a system search in the SDL folder. Did rename the file and tried to get it to work. Plugin show active. When attempt to use it keeps asking for the API key and eventually gives me the error message of Sufficient Permission.
Why is this happening on some systems and not others.
All are using Trados 2022 SR1 - 17.1.8.17828
