Hello,
I have the following problem:
When I clic "Pre translate file", even after selecting "When no match found use automatic translation," the segments remain empty and I don't see Deepl's translation proposal unless I select "apply translation" segment by segment.
Also, there's the error "Request timeout" related to using Deepl, why?
Can anyone help me, please?

Hi Daniela Patti ,
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that support for legacy versions of Studio and their associated plugins is not available. Even if there might be an issue with the plugin, we won't be able to consider going back to spend time fixing legacy versions.
Instead, I would like to suggest contemplating an update, as the current versions currently in production have already integrated the essential fixes.
