What setting should I enter in WebLookup under Settings so that I can look up a translation of the phrase selected in Studio at deepl.com website (using the project-relevant language pair)?

DeepL.com is already in the list of providers in the Settings, can you re-check and see if it's there?
If it's not, you can still add it if you scroll down until you see a few empty spaces that you can fill in with your preferred pages:
After that, click OK to save the settings, and in Editor select the segment/words to lookup and next select DeepL from the left side pane in the Web Lookup view.

I've not used DeepL in Web Lookup for a long time. Now, the following page appears when I try to look up a word or phrase in DeepL under Web Lookup. Any idea?
