DeepL API: not all languages compatible with this option

Question

Hi, I have just purchased DeepL pro advanced with the intention of integrating it in my Trados Studio 2022 (latest version and release). However, when I create a project (language combination Spanish (Modern) -English (British) I get a message saying &ldquo;not all languages compatible with this option&rdquo;. I have tried to create the project with o different sort of Spanish (International) and it doesn't work. 
 Why do I get this message with this language combination. They are both supported by DeepL. What can I do to be able to pre-translate texts and use it during translation?

 You should have no problem with these languages. I just created a short project to test this with all the languages you mentioned and it works fine: 
 
 Perhaps provide some more details... 
 - what filetype are you translating? If it's a bilingual file show us the languages in the file? 
 - show a screenshot of your project settings 
 - make sure you set up your project languages correctly
