Hi VVH business translations , sorry to hear that you are having problems connecting to OpenAI API. So, let's recap

1. You have a paid OpenAI API account; you should be able to confirm this from here
2. You have created an API key from here, and added this to the Model connection settings
3. When you click OK, you receive this message, indicating that the model is not found (or accessible)

We can see why OpenAI is failing to connect to the API from the log files.  Can you please zip the log files & upload them (e.g. dropbox, ondrive etc...) and provide me with the link to download them?  My e-mail address: phartnett@rws.com

We have just released a new version of AI Professional (version 1.0.1.2) with updated error handling responses to provide more detail, especially useful when testing connections from the settings area.

Can you both install the latest release and confirm what information is now presented when you attempt connect to a gpt-4 openAI model?

The new error message is something Patrick built in to try and be more explicit about what the problem is.  This suggests you don't actually have access to that model.  Have you checked your account in the openAI website properly to see why?  The link in the error message should help.

It turns out that we were confused about the various paid accounts and access rights that come with it. Our paid ChatGPT Team account was not enough, but it took us a while to figure it all out. Connection to gpt-4 model has now been established, so we can test how AI Professional works with it.

VVH business translations would you kindly let us know which subscription you got to be able to access the GPT4 model within Studio? We are facing the same issue, GPT4 is not available.
