I experience the same thing. Didn't find any workaround either. I believe an urgent fix is required.

I suspect this is as a result of fixing another issue where we found that depending on the position of the cursor/active segment, the plugin may miss some of the segments and not send them to Antidote.

This fix is noted in the 3.1.0.6 version change log as: Send all segments for verification.
In the context of track change I will revisit this for you.

To confirm your expectations, you would want segments to be checked as if  Track Changes had been confirmed?

I cant give you a clear estimate as to when this will be fixed but we will keep this post updated
