How can I send some pre-prompts in AI professional plugin?

Question

I have a team of 20 translators, we love to try using AI professional in translation with GPT4. 
 now I have two questions: 
 
 1, How I can send some common used prompts before I start to translate each segment? 
 Like we want to let GPT learn some of our preferencials and terms whcih are difference in common translation. (e.g. medical phrases) 
 
 2, Can I set prompts for my team? 
 As we have 20 translators in different locations, I'd like to send them a configration files which contains all my fine tuned prompts, and they can load it into their AI professional plugin to apply my profie.

 Please see our documentation and note that our latest version was released to e nhance translation quality by integrating Multiterm for terminology context and providing user-friendly Termbase management

 While a built in feature could be nice, you could in the meantime try provide the settings file: C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Roaming\Trados AppStore\AI Professional\Settings\ProviderSettings.xml
